The Shoulder Of Mutton, Baildon

i used to work at this pub, and to be honest, althought i only worked there for four months as a pot wash, i was not impressed.
fair enough i got food on my breaks, but i would of rather walked down to budgens, 30 seconds down the road, and spent my money.
from inside the kitchen, i heard the chefs telling the waitresses to tell customers that their foods either gone off or out of stock, it was rediculous.
I also left the place because a new chef came along and he was a nasty piece of work.
so word of advice NEVER EVER work at the shoulder of mutton.
