The Plough Inn, Prestbury

Whilst not in any way trying to denigrate from the vast improvement under the present regime, one is beginning to wonder whether "profit" is coming before "service". The bedrock of any pub is its locals and when they become subservient to "here today never see again" parties who "splash the cash" once, questions are bound to be asked. Rather see people who, perhaps, dribble cash on a regular or daily basis, than those aforementioned persons one would have thought. At 3.20 a pint, dribble is perhaps the wrong epithet. 3.20x4x7x52 is not to be sneezed at, IMO.

The Plough Inn, Prestbury

Following up my recent post, there is a beer festival this Friday, Saturday and Sun day (8, 9 10 July).

Lots of real beers to enjoy in this quaint village pub.

The Plough Inn, Prestbury

Now revitalised under the enthusiastic new management of Dan and Cathy. Great choice of Grade 1 real ales and a quintessential english country pub garden to savour. The food under the supervision of the chef, Roger, is of top quality.
