The Volunteer Riflemans Arms, Bath
I visited this pub for the first time on Wednesday afternoon when Taunton Bob was there. He was sitting at the bar. I sat at a table, but the pub's so small everyone can hear what everyone else says anyway. It's not the place for a romantic drink or cosy chat! I agree with Bob's comments. Paul kept everyone entertained and it was very difficult to leave - if only because you wanted to hear what he'd say next! The beer was good too. I drank Butcombe, but there were others I can't recall. I'll definitely be back

The Somerset Wagon, Chilcompton
Nice pub with great food. I agree that it's now more food than beer oriented, which is a pity. Gets crowded some lunchtimes.

The Fish Inn, Ringwood
Eaten lunch here many times and never disappointed. Excellent food, lovely old world decor, friendly staff and great beers (London Pride and Ringwood Ales). nothing not to like.
