Visited on Thursday night for the first time in 25+ years!! Didn't remember the inside at all (has the bar been moved??). Anyway Good selection of ales on tap (straight from the cask) but I opted for the 'Burrow Hill' cider.....GOOD CHOICE, it was like nectar!!! Recommended. 8/10

Dropped in today for the first time in 26 years. the place is roughly as I remember it. the locals were very friendly and the Sharps 'Doom Bar' was spot on. Very busy for a Tuesday. 9/10 from me.

The Foresters Arms, Holywell
Visited on Thursday night, The owners are in the of refurbishing the main bar, It is due to reopen in the next 10 days. So on this occasion I had to use the function/skittle alley part of the bar. I tried the Thatchers 'traditional' cider.....excellent!! I will visit again when next in the area. Give it a try!
