The Black Horse, Findon

Cheese fondue?, Chocolate fondue? Shall we head off to France? No, let's jet off to a small village in West Sussex called Findon. Yes, somewhere tucked away in the U.k. is a wonderful place called The Black Horse. Owned by two young professionals, Neil and Louise, with phenomenal palates. I was soo blown away by their menu, that l have reevaluated my opinion on U.K's restaurants.

If you are anything like me, you love to travel to far away places, meet great people, see beautiful things and award yourself with a great local meal....

So... if you happen to be in the Sussex area admiring the neighboring castles and rolling country side, reward yourself by stopping by the Black Horse.

Start off by ordering an extra cold pint, followed by a platter of cheese fondue. For your entree, I strongly recommend the hot stone option, you literally can cook your steak to what ever temperature you desire, on a sizzling hot stone! For desert, you don't need to feel too guilty about all the cheese infused bread you had. Order the chocolate fondue, which is accompanied by a fruit platter.. with no shortage of bananas, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, totally delicious and guilt free.
Consider this a hidden jewel! Enjoy! :)
