Haworth Old Hall, Haworth

Re-visited this pub again and everything was perfect. Great big fire going ,nice atmosphere and good ales. Four of us had food and the deserts were very tasty.It was a lot more crowded than last time, but service was still good.Definitely one to visit if you pass this way.

Kings Arms, Haworth

They do good food here but had to say we were disappointed when we were told we couldn't have tea or coffee as there was no milk- they'd run out!!!! This was midday. 3 people came in after us- tourists and wanted coffee too- to be told same thing.I felt embarassed for them.A pub that can't nip out and buy a few pints for their customers???!!!

Worse- the tourists wanted to use the ATM machine and it was bust.When they asked the girl when it would be fixed she just shrugged her shoulders.Clearly they didn't see it a necessary service to tourists - but it's the only cash machine in the village!!!
Good pub if they happen to have what you want-bad pub if they have run out of something,or it's not working.Shame.

Haworth Old Hall, Haworth

We must have called on bad days.The coffee machine was bust-and was still bust the following week.They had run out of the other half's fave ale, the game machine wasn't working and the pub was awash with dogs.

The food looked nice so we had a meal.It was very good, but pricey for a pub!!
Maybe everything will be working on the next trip-it kinda puts you off when they can't be bothered to get things fixed!!

Lovely building-big car park.Worth another visit for the scenery.
